The story is told of a large crowd that had gathered to watch a daredevil young man cross a tightwire suspended high over Niagara Falls.  After having done it a dozen times or more, the crowd grew and cheered wildly.  He prepared to go again, this time pushing a wheelbarrow, but before crossing, he yelled to the crowd, "Do you believe I can make it one more time?

They screamed enthusiastically as with one voice, "YES!"

"Do you truly believe?" he asked again, and again they replied with a yes.  "Okay," he replied, "then who of you will climb in the wheelbarrow?"  Suddenly, the crowd grew quiet.
