Erik has served at Pathways since September 2025. He has a passion for God's Word, preaching, discipleship, and church history. He is married to Lauren and they have two children.

He is a graduate of Emmaus University (Dubuque, IA) and is currently pursuing a Master of Theology from Union Theological College (Belfast, Northern Ireland).

Lee asked Jesus into his life at age 16 and then spent more than 25 years leading the boys clubs for the churches he attended.  Lee, with his wife, Judi, was a founding member of Pathways in 2001 and has been the church chairman for all but two years of the church's existence.  He enjoys serving the Lord by making sure everything is running smoothly so others can learn the true word of God.

Lee served for over 30 years in the Minnesota Army National Guard, where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel as the Chief of Transportation for the state of Minnesota.  He is currently a Senior Software Engineer working for Medtronic.

In addition to being a long-time elder, Tim leads our Praise and Worship team. He enjoys singing and doing so to the glory of God. While he loves to introduce new and biblically sound songs to the congregation, he has a great affection for the classic hymns of the faith that have endured musically and theologically. Tim, a South Dakota native and a diehard Vikings fan, and his wife and ministry partner, Colleen, have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.

Chris with his wife, Lenae, was a founding member of Pathways.  He has many fond memories of praise, worship, service, learning, and fellowship with fellow believers through the years.  Recently widowed, Chris lives in Coon Rapids with his adult children, Anna and Jesse, and his grandson, Ayden.

You’ll often see him in the A/V booth, attending to the technical aspects of a service or lifting his voice to God in the Pathways choir.  Chris enjoys serving others and helping them in whatever way brings them closer to God and closer to the family of God.
