"It is finished." Three of the most glorious words ever spoken by our Lord, as He perished on the cross. And indeed it was! The work He had set out to do, the mission He had endeavored to complete, was finished. He had paid the only acceptable sacrifice for the sins of us all, saving us from the wrath of God. Now, it was time for his followers to tell the world the Good News! That work remains unfinished, and it is our duty and joy to be a part of finishing that work!
