Sin so often seems pleasant, doesn't it? Just as Satan disguises himself as an angel of light, so sin presents itself as harmless, even good. Yet Scripture warns us frequently to not be deceived. James tells us that each person is "tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death."
